Richard Williams

Richard Williams, MSME, MBA, P.E., currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Aalo Atomics since October 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held various leadership positions, including Director of Project Management and Senior Consulting Project Lead at Walsh Engineering Services, and Chief Engineer at North Wind Group, where responsibilities included overseeing the execution of engineering projects across multiple divisions. Richard has significant experience in the nuclear sector, having served as Chief Engineer for both Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC and CH2M, where leadership roles involved managing engineering support for Department of Energy projects. Richard's earlier roles include Director of Engineering at CH2M-Washington Group Idaho and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Nova Biosource Fuels Inc., demonstrating a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and project management. Richard earned both an MBA and two Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
