Eric Kruschke

Eric Kruschke has extensive experience in the engineering field, particularly in process development and manufacturing, with a career spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as a Senior Process Development Manager at Boston Scientific since April 1997, Eric has held various leadership roles including Principal Process Development Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. In addition to this, Eric contributes to the AAMI as an Expert Faculty Trainer since November 2021. Prior experience includes positions at MedAmicus as a Manufacturing and Research and Development Engineer. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines and a QQI Level 6 certification in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics from CoachAcademy Plus.
