Lisa McCormick

Lisa McCormick is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the aviation and government services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Recruiting Manager for AAR CORP. since December 2016, Lisa leads and mentors a team of recruiters, collaborating with various business units to enhance recruiting strategies and implement new tools. Prior to AAR, Lisa held the position of Recruiting Manager for Amentum, overseeing recruiting operations for aviation defense and commercial contracts from September 2007 to December 2016. Additional roles include Corporate Recruiter at State National Companies and Recruiter at RadioShack Corporation, among others. Lisa earned a BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
