Karina Boldsen

Karina Boldsen is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO, currently leading AROS BOARD since November 2019, where the focus is on board work encompassing education, consulting, networking, and recruitment. Karina founded Karina+ in November 2013, specializing in consulting, leadership, business development, and mentoring. Since January 2014, Karina has also been the founder of 24H for Executives. In an academic capacity, Karina serves as a censor for the board education program at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus and has held the position of Chairperson of the Board at Aarhus Business College since March 2010. Additional board roles include Chairperson of the Board at Hjelm & Henriksen A/S, Advisory Board Chair for Jørgen Jensen Holding Randers A/S, and Board Member for several companies, including FirstFarms A/S and Himmerlandskød A/S. Educational credentials include specialized training in board governance from Aarhus University and Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenter, as well as a degree in Board Governance from Aalborg.
