Rachel Stempel

Rachel Stempel, LCSW, currently serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alma and a School Social Worker at Aaron School. With a background that includes roles as a Clinician at The Child & Family Institute and a Psychosocial Teacher at The Quad Preparatory School, Rachel has extensive experience in empowering students with special needs through tailored support and cognitive behavioral therapy. Previous positions include Head Counselor at JCC Manhattan and Social Work Intern at both West End Day School and Brooklyn Prospect Charter School, where Rachel provided individual guidance to students to enhance their personal strengths. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
