David Horwitz

David Horwitz, MA, CVA, currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement at AARP Foundation, overseeing a team and managing strategies to enhance partnerships and funding while executing engagement strategies. Alongside this role, David is a Communications Lecturer at The Johns Hopkins University, teaching a course focused on market research and audience understanding. David's previous positions include Senior Program Manager at the American Chemical Society, where significant global public awareness campaigns were managed, and roles at both Georgetown University Law Center and California State University, Fresno as an adjunct instructor. David's early career involved positions in research, communications, and fundraising, showcasing a strong foundation in program management and community outreach.
