Pradip Aurade

Pradip Aurade is a highly experienced operations engineer with a focus on chemical process optimization and production management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Engineer at Aarti Industries Ltd. since July 2022, Pradip handles a continuous nitration plant for nitrochloro benzene production and oversees multi-pressure distillation processes. Prior experience includes roles at Pidilite Industries Limited as a Senior Process Improvement and Production Engineer, where Pradip managed production quality and enhanced chemical processes, and at Atul Ltd as a Senior Production Executive, with responsibilities involving high-pressure reactions and process improvements.
