Shah Hussain Dilder Sagar

Shah Hussain Dilder Sagar's work experience begins in 2002 when they served as the Head of HR and Operations at Nandan Park Ltd., where they developed training programs and conducted interviews. Shah Hussain Dilder then worked as a Customer Service Representative at The Faneuil Group and Trader Media Corporation. In 2007, they became a Recruiter (Co-op) at Talentcor Professional, responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates. From 2008 to 2013, Shah worked as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bevertec and Asset computer personnel. During this time, they partnered with leadership, developed employee orientation programs, and provided HR support. From 2013 to 2015, they served as an HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Asset computer personnel, working closely with senior management. Shah Hussain Dilder then joined Planet4iT Recruitment Agency as an HR Generalist, where they developed reports and provided advisory support. In 2019, Shah became the General Manager at Nandan Park Limited. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Chaldal as the Head of HR, where they developed HR initiatives and strategies. Currently, Shah is working at AB Bank Limited as the Executive Vice President (EVP) HR Special Projects & Head of QA, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and providing QA guidance to HR programs.

Shah Hussain Dilder Sagar has an extensive education history. In 1984, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Accounting from Dhaka University. Shah Hussain Dilder went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Organization Development, and Statistics from the same institution, completing it in 1986. Following that, from 1988 to 1999, they attended the Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management in Salzburg, Austria, where they obtained a diploma in Business Administration and Management.

In 1999, Shah Hussain participated in a Fellowship Program at Walt Disney World Co. in Florida, USA, although the field of study is unknown for this program. In 2006, they enrolled in George Brown College in Toronto, Canada, for a Post Graduation degree in Human Resources Management, which they completed in 2007.

More recently, in 2012, Shah Hussain pursued a Certificate Course in SAP-HR (Human Resources) at IIBS in Mississauga, ON, Canada.
