Bryan Reczek

Bryan Reczek is an Operations Manager at A.B. Carter, Inc. since November 2019, focusing on improving production quality and efficiency to minimize costs through project management and process/product improvement. Previously, Bryan worked as a Heat Treat Metallurgist at SSAB from July 2016 to November 2019, where Bryan led a team for a new customer marking stencil machine. Before that, Bryan worked as a Co-Op at SSAB, focusing on rolling mill tasks. Bryan also has experience as an Intern at North Star BlueScope Steel and as a Crew Leader at Aabby Landscaping. Bryan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Purdue Global and Bachelor's degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
