Jonathan Barry

Jonathan Barry is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Embedded and Control Software Engineer at AB Dynamics since September 2019, where previous roles included Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer. Jonathan completed a Research Internship at the University of Cambridge in 2018, focusing on the design of an axial compressor and turbine stage for a test rig. Jonathan gained early experience as a Student Engineer at Cambridge Micro Engineering Ltd. during two summer internships in 2016 and 2017. Jonathan holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace and Mechanical from the University of Cambridge, earned between 2015 and 2019, and completed A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, Computing, and Design and Technology at Larne Grammar School from 2013 to 2015.
