Adriano Borges

Adriano Borges has extensive experience in operations and technical support, currently serving as Operations Team Lead at AB InBev since January 2022, overseeing Non-SAP application operations for the Aurora project. Previously at Gateware, Adriano held roles including AMS Support and Customer Service Technician Support, also focusing on application operations for AB InBev. Prior experience includes a Technical Assistant at Kyndryl and Proxxi Technology, an IBM Company, where responsibilities encompassed advanced user support and systems administration. Adriano began a career in service desk roles at IBM and holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, complemented by a Técnico em Informática from ETEC - Monte Mor.
