Raíssa Vernalha

Raíssa Vernalha has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Global Legal Director, Compliance at AB InBev since April 2018, where previous titles included Global Director of Ethics & Compliance and Global Compliance Specialist. Prior to AB InBev, Raíssa held various legal positions at CPFL Energia from March 2014 to April 2018, including Compliance Officer and Strategic Legal Counsel. Earlier experience includes an associate position at Lima Junior, Domene & Advogados Associados and a Certified Legal Intern role at Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo. Raíssa's educational background includes a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia University.
