Iolando Murtarelli

Iolando Murtarelli is an experienced Service Operations Manager at AB Medica SpA since May 2007, overseeing a team of field service engineers and managing technical aspects of “Da Vinci” robotic systems. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations, providing technical consultancy to clients, and leading internal support for robotic systems. Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer involved installation, maintenance, and high-level customer support for surgical medical devices across Italy. Earlier in the career, Iolando served as the Medical Devices Receiving and Testing Manager at San Gerardo Hospital, focused on the calibration and quality control of medical devices.
