Ida-Maria Schäfer

Ida-Maria Schäfer is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Owner for Payment and Account at AB Trav och Galopp (ATG) since October 2019, Ida-Maria oversees the necessary backend and frontend services for fund transactions on the ATG platform. Prior to this role, Ida-Maria was a Product Manager for eCommerce at PayEx from July 2009 to October 2019, managing credit card payments and various payment methods while also providing technical support for POS systems earlier in the career. Following initial experiences as a Product Specialist and Customer Service Agent at Transcom and a Market Research Agent at Hermelin Nordic Research AB, Ida-Maria has developed a comprehensive skill set in both customer service and technical operations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Högskoleingenjör Medie- och Kommunikationsteknik from Linköping University and a recent course at Berghs School of Communication.
