Gianluca Masone has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Gianluca began their career in 2003 at Telsey as a Software Designer and Team Leader, where they worked until 2010. In 2007, they also worked as a Consultant at HTML.it. From 2010 onwards, they joined Microgame and held various roles such as Software Designer, Software Architect, and Team Leader. Gianluca later progressed to roles including Business Unit Direction & Product Coordination, Head of Sports & Retail Business Unit Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Online and Retail Betting & Online Gaming Platform Product Manager. Throughout their career, Gianluca has demonstrated skills in software architecture, project management, team leadership, and compliance assessment.
