Sophie has a Doctor of Philosophy in Genome Science and Technology, a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Sophie has experience in yeast cell-based selections, generating and analyzing NGS datasets, designing DNA constructs for yeast expression, performing high throughput screening assays, and target validation using various techniques.
