Pawan Jeet Diwakar

Pawan Jeet Diwakar is an experienced estate and property manager with over 22 years in the hospitality industry, including 11 years in the Middle East, particularly Dubai. Currently serving as the Estate Manager at Abante Integrated Management Services since October 2023, Pawan previously held various management positions at JLL, including Property Manager and Building Manager, from March 2017 to July 2023. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager of Estate Management at SRGP Corporation Ltd, Head of Projects and Maintenance at Maheshwari Industrial Projects and Engineering Manufacturers Limited, and Facility Supervisor at Jumeirah Group. Pawan has extensive technical expertise in engineering operations, guest request management, event setups, and safety compliance. Educational qualifications include a Higher Secondary Technical Degree from R G N P Intermediate College.
