Robert M. Proudfit has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as an Umpire for the Washington County Youth Baseball and Softball organization. In 2017, they worked as an Office Assistant at Proudfit Insurance, where they developed skills in business communication and gained knowledge of business operations. In 2018, they worked as a Line Cook at Olive Garden and was quickly promoted to Head Cook due to their leadership qualities and job performance. In 2019, they worked as a Farm Hand at Skye-Line Stables LLC and also as a Legal Assistant at Blackwell & Associates, where they witnessed managerial behaviors and leveraged demographic data to bolster legal opinions. In 2020, they participated in a Data Science Bootcamp at John Carroll University. In 2021, they worked as a Recruiting and Business Development Intern at Thomas Thor Associates, where they worked with commercial nuclear power clients and developed the company's pipeline of potential clients through research. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Market Development Manager at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC.
Robert M. Proudfit attended Trinity Senior High School from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued their undergraduate degree at John Carroll University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics. In addition to their formal education, Robert obtained certifications in workplace readiness from the Boler College of Business at John Carroll University in December 2021, and in Tableau Specialist Certification from John Carroll University in July 2020.
