Sandy Lazzari

Sandy (Chaves) Lazzari has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership roles in various companies such as Abata Therapeutics, PlateletBio, Emulate, Inc., Kala Pharmaceuticals, OvaScience, Quanterix, EMD Millipore, Hill Holliday, and Avid Technology, Inc. Sandy has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, and global operations throughout their career.

Sandy (Chaves) Lazzari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a dual concentration in Business and Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Sandy also obtained a Masters Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university. In 2021, they completed an Executive Certificate in Executive Education Women's Leadership Program from Yale University. Additionally, Sandy holds multiple certifications such as Situational Leadership Certified Trainer from The Center for Leadership Studies in 2019 and Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2010, among others.
