Nikhil Kapur

Nikhil Kapur is a seasoned procurement and supply chain executive with extensive experience in leading global sourcing initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Procurement at ABB since June 2020, Nikhil oversees global procurement strategies for ABB Installation Products. Prior roles include Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing at GE Power, where Nikhil led high-spending sourcing teams in both hot gas path components and electrical/electronic commodities. At GE Energy Connections, Nikhil drove productivity improvements within a large organization while managing an annual spend of $1 billion. Nikhil began a notable career at General Motors, where responsibilities included managing procurement for logistics and braking systems with combined annual spends exceeding $3.7 billion. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
