Marleen Ligtenbarg

Marleen Ligtenbarg is currently an HR Business Partner at Abbott Nutrition NL, starting in November 2023, and has been serving as Co-Chair of the Early Career Network (ECN) Benelux since September 2020 while also advising the ECN in EMEA. In this role, Marleen leads activities designed to support early career professionals, coordinates events, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Abbott, where Marleen advised management on HR policies and talent management processes, as well as an HR metrics intern at ASML, focusing on global HR projects and data analytics. Previous positions at Loyal Interim involved recruitment and coordination in the banking sector, with early employment as a waitress. Marleen holds a Master’s degree in Organization Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University, along with international education experience at the University of Deusto.
