Michael McAndrews

Michael McAndrews, CPA, leads the ASL Technology Group. He has over 40 years of experience providing tax planning and consulting services to multinational public companies, private companies and their owners and emerging businesses in a variety of industries including high-technology, manufacturing, food processing, and wholesale/retail distribution. Mike’s substantial experience includes assisting clients with tax issues and planning associated with domestic and international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting for taxes, California and multistate taxation, and equity compensation arrangements. As a Technology Principal, Mike focuses primarily on expanding ASL’s practice serving the needs of high-technology companies while continuing to work with non-technology-focused private companies and their owners.
