Manoj Sankar

Manoj Sankar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud architecture, data analytics, and software development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Cloud Architecture at Abbott, Manoj leads the implementation of a cloud platform in Azure for data collection from medical devices. Prior to this role, Manoj founded Datamahan Inc. and served as a BigData Consultant, architecting metrics systems and migrating platforms to GCP. Additionally, at Optum, Manoj was the Sr. Director of IT Architecture, responsible for architecting data ingestion pipelines across multiple cloud platforms. Manoj began the career at Guidant/Boston Scientific as a Principal Software Engineer, leading teams in developing automated verification software for cardiac devices, and previously held a product development director role at NeST Technologies, building supply chain management solutions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Minnesota, a Graduate Certificate in Big Data from the University of St. Thomas, and advanced degrees in engineering from PSG College of Technology and the University of Kerala.
