Scott M. Leinenweber

Scott Leinenweber has extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Licensing, Acquisitions, and Abbott Ventures at Abbott since July 2004. Leinenweber has held several leadership roles within Abbott, including Vice President of Investor Relations and General Manager of Global Marketing for Renal Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Leinenweber has a background in marketing and sales for various pharmaceutical divisions. Outside of Abbott, Leinenweber served as a Non-Executive Board Member at Allergy Therapeutics from November 2018 to December 2022. Leinenweber holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Marquette University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
