Will Slattery

Will Slattery has over 20 years of experience in operations and production management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Abbott since January 2019, Will has also held various positions including Operations Manager and Project Supervisor. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager and Operations and Maintenance Manager at Tipperary Co-op, and Production Manager at PepsiCo overseeing liquid manufacture and filling. Will's career began as a Laboratory Technician at Newmarket, advancing through several roles at Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd and Dairygold Food Ingredients (UK) where expertise in cheese production was developed. Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork in 2001.
