Yael Margretz, MBA, is an experienced procurement and operations leader with a strong background in the healthcare and technology industries. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Abbott, Yael oversees global supplier relationships and strategic procurement of electronics for medical devices. Previous roles include Lead Sourcing Leader at GE Healthcare, where responsibility involved ensuring part availability for LCS services, and Value Stream Lean & Strategy Manager, where a global manufacturing strategy for a $2 billion healthcare business was developed.
