Curtis Schauder

Curtis Schauder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical development operations and innovation within the biopharmaceutical industry. Since January 2021, Curtis has held the position of Director and Chief of Staff for Global Clinical Development Operations at AbbVie, with previous roles as Director and Associate Director of Innovation. Prior experience includes serving as a Strategy Insights and Planning Consultant at ZS from September 2019 to January 2021 and a Consultant Intern at ZS in mid-2018. Earlier, Curtis worked as an Associate Consultant at Strategic Decisions Group from April 2016 to July 2017. Academically, Curtis earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2017-2019), a Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University (2011-2016), and a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Rutgers University–New Brunswick (2008-2010).
