Leanne Mansworth

Leanne Mansworth is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at AbbVie since December 2024, Leanne previously held key HR leadership roles at Sterling Pharma Solutions, including Site People & Organisation Head and Senior People & Organisation Business Partner, after transitioning from Novartis. Prior to that, Leanne worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kuehne + Nagel and served as an HR Generalist at Merck Millipore. Early career experience includes a role as a Human Resources Administrator at GE Healthcare. Leanne holds a HDip in Personnel Management from University College Cork, an MSc in Human Resource Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Diploma in Employment Law from IBEC, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Geography from University College Cork.
