Rodney Kyles, PMP, CSSGB, ITIL, is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in application development, payment processing, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Director of SAP in Manufacturing and Quality Operations at AbbVie since April 2016, Rodney Kyles has held multiple leadership roles including Associate Director and Managed Services Delivery Manager. Previously, Rodney managed operations as an Operations Manager at Xerox and held positions such as Vice President at both Informatix Inc. and Tier Technologies, where oversight of payment processing and customer service operations spanned multiple states. Early career experience includes managing operations for the State of Illinois and leading third-shift operations at American Express. Rodney Kyles holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
