Racquel Pankau

Racquel Pankau currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Abby Connect, a role held since July 2010, where Racquel leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement. Prior positions include Senior Learning and Development Specialist, Thought Leadership Director, Abby Way Co-Director, and Director of Staff Development, in which Racquel focused on talent acquisition, training, and enhancing customer experiences. Racquel’s career began as an Executive Assistant to the President and a Receptionist, showcasing a strong foundation in client service and team training. Educationally, Racquel holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Project Management and an Associate of Science in Computer Network Systems, both from ITT Technical Institute.
