Colleen Collins

Colleen Collins has extensive experience in benefits administration and graphic design, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan since June 2022, and previously in a similar role at the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations from October 2019 to May 2022. Colleen has also worked as a Graphic Artist at both ABC Advertising Agency Inc since August 2012, and earlier at Central Missouri Newspapers from March 1996 to August 2012, as well as at Brown Printing Company from 2001 to 2004 and Sedalia Democrat from March 1989 to January 1996. Additional experience includes a position as a Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Inc. since March 1993, and various roles in customer service and accounts management in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Colleen holds educational credentials from State Fair Community College and Smith-Cotton High School.
