Lily Zheng

Lily Zheng is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist at Zheng Consulting, where extensive experience in leadership consulting, strategy development, and DEI data collection is utilized to assist a diverse range of clients, including nonprofits, startups, and Fortune 100 companies. In addition to consulting, Lily serves as a keynote speaker, sharing insights on advanced practices in DEI and organizational change, and writes articles and op-eds on related topics. Previous experience includes serving as an Ambassador for NotMe Solutions and working as a Design and Evaluation Associate at Stanford University's Diversity and First-Generation Office, where a significant project on engaging with diversity and inclusion content was led. Lily Zheng earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Stanford University.
