David Ghadieh

David Ghadieh serves as the Legal Director at ABC Lebanon, having started in April 2008. David participates in the Management Team, advises on legal decisions, and oversees the legal team, ensuring compliance and enhancing Company operations. David has held various roles within ABC Lebanon, including Secretary of the Board of Directors and Legal Manager, where responsibilities ranged from contract review to managing legal consultations. Currently, David also sits on the Board of Directors for Verdun Mall SAL & Valour Holding SAL, advising on strategic planning and budget approvals. David has a legal background from El Mourad Law Firm and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Lebanese University, complemented by a recent certificate in International Arbitration from Lebanese American University.
