David Heng

Prior to his appointment at ABC World Asia, David’s career spanned over 25 years of professional experience in the finance industry, of which 14 were dedicated to Investment / Private Equity at Temasek. At Temasek, he served as the Joint Head of Consumer, Head of Real Estate Investment, Joint Head of China and Head of Japan & Korea, where he stewarded the portfolios of 3 major clusters – Financial Services, Consumer and Real Estate.

David also previously held the positions of Vice President (Telecom, Media & Technology) and Vice President (Merger & Acquisition Advisory) at Deutsche Bank AG.

David earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Hull (United Kingdom) and also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand).

David currently holds directorships in several companies including SEA Limited and Singapore Art Museum.
