Max Harstead

Max Harstead is an experienced logistics manager with a robust background in inventory management and analytics, currently serving at Abcam since January 2016. In the role of Logistics Manager, Max has spearheaded the integration of automated storage and retrieval systems, enhancing efficiency and productivity while leading a high-performing team. Prior to this, Max held positions as Stock & Analytics Team Lead and Inventory Specialist, overseeing departmental operations and preparing data-driven reports for key performance indicators. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Logistics Technician at Monument Staffing and as a Data Entry Specialist at the Arab American Association of New York. Max holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Allegheny College and participated in a summer study abroad program focused on North African Studies at Al Akhawayn University.
