Ralph Paul

Ralph Paul is an experienced professional in the field of scientific support and customer experience, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Abcam since September 2013, where Ralph manages a team of specialists to enhance customer interactions. Previously, Ralph held the position of Scientific Support Manager at Abcam, providing critical information and troubleshooting for biochemicals and assay kits. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Product Manager at Cerep, focusing on ADME-Tox operations and technical support for pre-clinical testing needs, as well as Director of Technology Assessment at Targeted Genetics Corporation, where Ralph conducted technical assessments and maintained licensing agreements.
