Ravindran Kumaran

Ravindran Kumaran is an experienced scientific professional with a focus on neuroscience research and collaboration. Currently serving as the Scientific Team Leader & Collaborations Manager at Abcam since October 2019, Ravindran leads the development of neuroscience research tools and fosters partnerships within the research community. Prior experience includes significant roles at the National Institutes of Health, where work involved functional genomic approaches to Parkinson's disease, and consultancy positions aimed at commercializing cancer-related inventions. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Neuroscience from UCL, an MSc in Biomedical Sciences Research from King's College London, and completion of the Oxford Strategic Innovation Programme at Saïd Business School.
