Amy Marlette is an experienced Human Resource professional with a diverse background in HR management, account management, and benefits operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Agri-Business Child Development since March 2023, Amy previously held significant roles including Account Manager at Austin & Co., Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Cardiology Associates of Schenectady, P.C. With extensive experience at GE, including roles such as Benefits Trainer and Project Manager for Annual Enrollment, Amy successfully streamlined processes to reduce costs significantly.
