Rhonda Schwenner

Rhonda Schwenner is a seasoned professional in risk management and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Risk Manager at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits since November 2020, after progressing from roles including Risk Manager and Risk Management Specialist. Prior to this, Rhonda was actively seeking new HR opportunities from May to November 2020, having held the position of Human Resources Executive at Target from February 2007 to May 2020. With a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and change management, Rhonda has successfully led teams ranging from 85 to 500 members. Rhonda holds a degree from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
