Kseniia Pevnieva

Kseniia Pevnieva is an experienced IT recruiter with a strong background in full cycle recruitment processes. Currently working at ABCloudz since May 2021, Kseniia focuses on candidate sourcing, resume screening, pre-interviews, technical interview coordination, and HR interviews, while also preparing offer letters and maintaining candidate databases. Previously, Kseniia served as an IT recruiter at DB Best Technologies from October 2018 to June 2021, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, including candidate support during the hiring process and onboarding. Kseniia holds a degree in Ukrainian language and literature from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and additional education from Skovoroda Kharkov National Pedagogical University.
