Jerome Shimizu has over 20 years of experience in the data and analytics space. Jerome began their career in 2000 as Co-Founder of Nielsen Catalina Solutions, where they built and led the client-facing ad effectiveness advanced analytics team. In 2011, they became Chief Research Officer at InsightExpress, where they lead the development of the company's Research*Analytics platform, the Ignite Network. In 2014, they took on the role of Chief Research Officer at Millward Brown Digital, and in 2015 they became Founder and Chief Data and Analytics Officer at DoGood Media LLC, focused on exclusive video content for consumer, patent pending viewability technology and results driven advertising for marketers. In 2020, they became Founder and Chief Data and Analytics Officer at ABC's Insights, and in 2022 they became Strategic Advisor at ROV With Us, an ecotechnology company eliminating plastic bags from the ocean.

Jerome Shimizu attended the University of Chicago from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a BA in Economics. Jerome previously attended Benilde-St. Margaret's from 1992 to 1995.
