Tuesdae Lukin

Tuesdae Lukin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. From 1993 to 2001, they worked as an HR and Accounting Manager at Central Garden & Pet, where they oversaw various departments and played a key role in implementing a new HRMS system. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at ElementsM2O, Inc as an HR and Accounting Manager, where they were responsible for startup operations and the development of company policies and procedures. Tuesdae then moved on to San Diego Theatres, where they served as an HR and Accounting Manager from 2007 to 2009, handling full cycle accounting and managing the workforce for two theaters. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as a Regional Controller and HR Manager at A Bit of Italy, LLC, where they managed accounting audits, employee relations, and HR functions for multiple family-owned restaurants. Their next position was as a Corporate Controller and HR Manager at H&D Construction from 2015 to 2018, where they reported to the company's President and Vice-President and focused on concrete construction projects. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. San Diego Chapter, where they manage three not-for-profit entities and a workforce of over 200 employees, providing education, healthcare, and retirement benefits to contractor members and students while overseeing training, career development, safety, and labor compliance.

Tuesdae Lukin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in Human Resources Management from the Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2021.
