From 1993 to 2001, they worked as an HR and Accounting Manager at Central Garden & Pet, where they oversaw various departments and played a key role in implementing a new HRMS system. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at ElementsM2O, Inc as an HR and Accounting Manager, where they were responsible for startup operations and the development of company policies and procedures.
