Antonio B. serves as the CEO of Promon Engenharia, overseeing operations for 900 employees and achieving significant growth in revenue and profitability from 2021 to 2023. Previously, as Commercial Director, Antonio led a team of 32 engineers, restructuring the sales department and achieving over R$ 750 million in sales performance. Antonio is also an active member of YPO, FIESP's Superior Council of Innovation and Competitiveness, and the Advisory Council for ABDIB. With a robust background in sales management across various companies, including Niplan Engenharia and Flexomarine, Antonio's expertise spans strategic consulting and operational leadership in engineering and infrastructure. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ibmec and a Bachelor's Degree in Production Mechanical Engineering from FEI.
