Solange Ribeiro

Solange Ribeiro serves as the Vice Chair of the United Nations Global Compact since September 2021 and is a member of the CEBDS board since August 2020. Throughout an extensive career at Neoenergia, starting in May 2004, Solange has held various executive roles, including Deputy CEO and Executive Director of Regulation and Environment. Additionally, Solange is actively involved with the ONS as Vice-President of the Board and has been a board member of multiple organizations such as Abdib and ABRADEE since 2017 and 2004, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Electric Energy from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and advanced studies at prestigious institutions like Imperial College London and The Wharton School.
