Pooja Katekar

Pooja Katekar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pooja began their career in 2007 as a Sr Recruitment Executive at Veenus Consultancy and then moved on to work as a Team Leader at Mangalam Placement Pvt Ltd. In 2012, Pooja joined Unimark Remedies Ltd. as an Executive - HR, where they stayed until 2016. Pooja then took on a role as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Roche Diabetes care India Pvt Ltd for four years. Currently, Pooja is working as a Human Resources Executive at Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd.

Pooja Katekar began their education in 2005 when they enrolled in the University of Mumbai to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Pooja completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. In 2009, Pooja returned to the Welingkar Institute of Management, where they had previously obtained a degree in Human Resource Management. This time, they pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management and completed the program in 2010.

In 2018, Pooja resumed their education at the Welingkar Institute of Management by enrolling in their PGDM-HRM program. Pooja completed this two-year postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management in 2020.

Throughout their academic journey, Pooja also obtained various certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Employer Branding to Attract Talent" from LinkedIn. In 2022, they acquired certifications in "HR as a Business Partner," "Human Resources Foundations," and "Improving Your Focus," all from LinkedIn. Pooja's most recent certification is in "Talent Management," which they obtained in February 2023, also from LinkedIn.
