Rajeev Yadav

Rajeev Yadav has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Rajeev began their career at Mothersonsumi Infotech & Designs Ltd. as a Senior Executive in HR & Admin from February 2010 to June 2013. Rajeev then joined DIAGEO India as the Manager of HR & IR, where they handled HR and industrial relations for two plants in Pathankot and Baddi. During their tenure there, they managed various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training and development, payroll management, and employee engagement. Rajeev also successfully negotiated long-term settlements with registered unions. Following that, Rajeev worked at Bisleri International Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing the HR and sales operations in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Rajeev led a team of four executives and managed the HR function for over 500 employees. In 2020, they joined an FMCG company as a Human Resources Manager before moving to their current position at Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd. As the Manufacturing HR for the North Zone, they are responsible for the HR function across three plants in the region.

Rajeev Yadav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relation from Maharshi Dayanand University in 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in Developing Business Acumen from LinkedIn in December 2021.
