Alicia Klepeis

Alicia Klepeis is a prolific children's author and freelance writer with over a decade of experience in the field. Since August 2010, Alicia has focused on researching captivating topics that engage young readers, beginning their career at the National Geographic Society. Notably, Alicia has authored 28 titles in the Country Profiles series for Bellwether Media, alongside contributions to multiple series, including six books in the Wild About Cats! series. Alicia has written a total of 42 books for Jump!, focusing on the History of Pets series, and has authored titles for various publishers including National Geographic, gestalten, Nomad Press, Rosen Publishing Group, and ABDO. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from UMass Boston.
