Sultana al Amri

Sultana Al Amri is an experienced professional currently serving as the Happiness General Manager at Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises since August 2019. Prior to this role, Sultana spent over a decade at the International Medical Center, where responsibilities included driving the development and implementation of organizational values, vision, and mission as the Culture Management & Staff Experience lead. Additionally, Sultana established and managed a comprehensive religious service program, oversaw its operations, and led a team as a Ward Clerk. Sultana's experience also includes serving as the Administrative Supervisor for nurseries and elementary education at Al Tarbiah Islamiah School. Sultana holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from King AbdulAziz University and is currently pursuing a diploma in Strategic Human Resources from Westford University College.
