Adam Kelly

Adam Kelly is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager at AbeBooks, an Amazon company, since March 2012, Adam Kelly has played a key role in shaping product development. Prior to this, Adam Kelly worked at GenoLogics Life Sciences Software Inc. from January 2008 to March 2012 as Manager of Software Development, where responsibilities included leading a team of developers and QA professionals, implementing Scrum methodologies, and building a LIMS product for Next Generation Genomics sequencing labs. Adam Kelly began a career as a Software Developer, transitioning from a Java Developer to a team lead and ScrumMaster, focusing on LIMS functionality for Genomics and Proteomics labs. Earlier experience includes the role of VP of Software Development at Avue Technologies from 1999 to 2007.
