Randy Teegarden Sr.

Randy Teegarden Sr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy currently holds the position of Vice President at Abeka, a leading K-12 faith-based curriculum provider. In this role, Randy provides executive leadership and oversees various aspects of the business, including strategy, product management, distribution, sales, and customer service.

Before joining Abeka, Randy served as the Director of Employee Development at Pensacola Christian College. During their tenure, they designed and implemented training and development initiatives, established a leadership university, and conducted data analytics to drive employee performance and satisfaction.

Randy gained valuable experience in the retail industry as a Store Manager at JCPenney and as a Store General Manager and Turnaround Expert at Sears Stores. Randy also held positions of increasing responsibility at Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Sears Home Services, where they served as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Technical Manager respectively.

Additionally, in 2017, they obtained certification as a Certified AVA Analyst from AVA Assessment Associates, Inc.
